By submitting this form, you authorize GassedUp Fuel LLC and its staff to access your property solely for the purpose of fueling your boat(s). You also grant GassedUp Fuel LLC permission to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture images or footage of your boat(s), the fueling process, and related property areas during service delivery. This includes the right to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute such materials (including on social media, websites, or marketing materials) for promotional, advertising, or business purposes, without further compensation or approval. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release us from any claims related to their use (such as privacy, publicity, or defamation). You agree to settle all invoices within 1 week of receipt.
